SDCC Survival Guide Signing at the Comic Bug Hey, true believers (am I legally allowed to say that?), I will be doing an appearance/signing at the Comic Bug in Manhattan Beach this Wednesday from noon until about 7ish(?), so stop on by and say hi! We can talk Comic-Con survival tactics, big rumors, and whatever other geeky topic your heart desires…

And whether you already have my book or not (and if you’re in the LA area), you’ll want to stop by for the chance to WIN a number of great prizes autographed by someone that’s not me! I will have Comic Bug gift certificates and items from my personal collection signed by Joss Whedon, Ed Brubaker, Peter David, Mike Mignola, and lots more! These items will be raffled off at the end of the day, but you don’t need to be present to win. However, you must stop by to enter. No purchase necessary. Winners will be notified by email, Facebook, or some other common form of communication. If you have a pull list at the Comic Bug, we’ll just plop the prize in your box so you can pick it up the next time you come in.

There is metered parking out front but free parking is available in the neighborhood just past the shop on the right. Choose the latter if you want to hang out for awhile. The Comic Bug is actually a great place to kick back and hang out. It’s why it’s my favorite comic shop in LA.
