You heard me right. Of course, if you’re following Comic-Con International on Twitter and Facebook, then you already know what I’m talking about. For those of you who don’t, here’s the skinny on what they announced about an hour ago…
- They will be making available about 1500 4-day memberships at some point in the next few days (if not sooner) on their official site (be warned: they will go EXTREMELY FAST!)
- They will announce the on sale time about 1 hour prior to becoming available on their site.
- They are no longer discounting the 4-day badges. If you only want certain days, you buy those specific days. If you are able to attend all 4 days, you go for the 4 day package. (Not really sure of the logic behind this because people usually only bought the single day badges when the 4-day badges were no longer available. The only people, I believe, who bothered to buy 4 day badges, but only intend to use one or two days, are the types of people who always intend to sell them to others for a profit or are Twilight fans who wanted to cover their bases because they weren’t sure which day the panel was taking place.)
- Single day badges will be made available at a later date.
Read the official information here.
Like I’ve said before, if there was ever a time to keep a close watch on Comic-Con International’s Twitter and Facebook pages, now is the time. Of course, I wouldn’t complain if you followed me too… I’m going to re-post the news as soon as I get it (assuming I’m awake when it happens).
